Interactive Corporate Financial Wellness Days
- Employee Wellness Days are part of our overall financial wellbeing strategy for our clients to inspire, educate and engage with employees. Our focus on these days is to make the day interactive and rewarding for employees to participate in.On the days, we organise for employees of our companies to engage with our providers as well as other financial services providers and banks face-to-face (taking into account Covid-19 protocols).
Our wellness days will include:
- Representatives from the major banks
- Credit Bureau representatives to offer free Credit Reports
- Financial Planners
- Other relevant financial service providers
We design our wellness days to be fun for employees, with various prizes and quizzes in place.
At the end of the wellness day, our expected outcomes are employees should have:
- Interacted with at least 75% of the providers
- Employees seeking a solution been identified (to be contacted the next business day)
- Compiled employee feedback on the event
- A report provided on interaction and general employee financial health
